Lora Fulp Efaw, M.D., FAAFP, Board Certified in Integrative Medicine

Dr. Lora Fulp Efaw is a board-certified family physician who provides primary care and integrative medicine for family members of all ages.  Services include management of chronic diseases; routine gynecology; complete physical exams; the ordering and interpreting of tests; and, health and wellness education.  Dr. Efaw also specializes in nutritional medicine, preventive care and weight loss.  She offers unique therapies and procedures such as chelation therapy, hormone balance treatment, vitamin C therapy, liposculpt and mesotherapy. 


A South Georgia native, Dr. Efaw earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed a residency in family medicine at Naval Hospital Jacksonville.  After training, Dr. Efaw served as an officer and family physician at Naval Air Station Key West.  She returned to South Georgia and practiced with Family Practice Associates in Tifton and the HealthPlus clinic in Ashburn before starting her own practice in 2002. Certified by the American Board of Family Practice, Dr. Efaw is a member of the Tift Regional Medical Center Medical Staff and is associated with numerous professional organizations, including the American College for Advancement in Medicine.  She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is also Board Certified in Integrative Medicine for homeopathic and natural medicine.

Priscilla Greene, FNP-BC

Priscilla Greene, FNP-C is nationally-certified family nurse practitioner who collaborates with Dr. Efaw to provide timely and appropriate care for patients.  Services include physical exams, the ordering and interpreting of tests, diagnosis, prescriptions, health education, disease prevention, procedures and counseling.   Priscilla also has special interests in nutritional medicine, preventive care and weight loss and offers unique therapies and procedures such as chelation therapy, hormone balance treatment, vitamin C therapy, liposculpt and mesotherapy. 


Prior to joining Dr. Efaw in 2007, Priscilla worked in Valdosta for more than 11 years in family medicine, gastroenterology and obstetrics/gynecology.  A South Georgia native, she earned her nursing undergraduate degree at Valdosta State University and nurse practitioner graduate degree at Albany State University.  Priscilla is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of numerous professional organizations.
